Love at First Shot

A cloudy, gray day in a ghost town. I went to explore.. I walked around calmly and suddenly saw a curious orange dot peeking out from a window of the 5th floor of a building far away from me... then.. she shot me but missed and hit a tree. I took cover behind a cracked wall and took my rifle.. I looked at her with its scope and saw an orange haired girl.. she seemed really cute.. she seemed afraid of something.. I didn't wanted to hurt her but neither wanted to get shot. She probably saw me as a hostile. I shot once to confuse her but I couldn't see her anywhere. I was walking carefully through the trees.. then I saw her... her green eyes following me among the trees with a threatening look.Apparently.. she was smaller than me. Later I reached the tree line ... I thought she ran away .. when she tackled me and aimed a gun to my lips as I aimed my rifle to her neck.. she was on top of me.. holding my neck.. then she just dropped the gun and released me. She smiled and said "don't silence me with a bullet... do it with a kiss".. my hand just fell weak to the ground as she kissed me.. then I slowly released the rifle.. and hugged her.. I learned a lesson that day.. even your enemy and you .. could get closer than you can imagine.

Later that day... I was lying on the tree where she was about to shoot me.. and she was resting her head on my chest as the sun rays passed among the clouds and lit the tree
