Brave Beginnings

my name's Joseph.. but I'm not Joe Jonas.. so ..don't confuse us, he's the singer, I'm the writer

(sitting on a chair)
Demi: ..... I know this guy, he's one of my fans, his name is Joseph, I'm in my own defense squad the DDS (Demi Defense Squad) I never saw anybody bleed like he did, he talked to me about this girl, Trisha, how she took control of him and planted a trauma in his head and body, and she used to be his crush, things became really hostile when we found the "trauma" or "obsession" planted in him.
(flashback, inside a floating base in the sky, unseen)
Demi: where is him?
(Amber Stratton, another member of the Defense Squad appeared behind Demi, she is a fan)
Amber: he told me he would go out, he didn't said to where, only , he said he would go out, he looked really nervous.
(Demi remembered something I told her)
Me: Trisha's actions won't go unpaid
(out of the flashback)

Demi: oh... no .. Amber get a dropship ready, I'm going down there

(then one of the screens in the base showed a live transmission of me in front of Trisha's house)

Me: anyone there?!, I need help.. ASAP, I repeat! I need ... AAAAGH!!! (I gave a very piercing scream that made Demi dropped a tear, she took a suppressed rifle from the armory at the back of the base, while Selena Gomez, her best friend, and another Squad member, went out of her room)

Selena: Demi!, Demi what happened!?

Demi: (crying) he went there... he..... he's going to get killed.
Selena: I'm going with you

Demi: this is too risky for you Selena, please stay here..
(Demi went to her room and took out and put on an ODST suit (click to see the suit) and she had her helmet on her right hand)

(now, changing perspective, we go to where I was, on Earth, in front of Trisha's house, I was crawling for help on the floor, holding my chest and my hand full of blood, my helmet indicated low health levels, high heartbeat rate, my vision was blurry and the helmet was beeping indicating my low health danger)
Me: D- .. D- Demi .. (I took a photograph of Demi, my hand was trembling, with my right hand, full of my heart's blood, I drew a heart on the photograph, and I lied down and closed my eyes)
Demi: hold on Joe, I'm going for ya..

Me: Demi? (my vision became clearer when I heard Demi's voice, then Trisha was approaching me with some chains.. the something behind me attracted Trisha's attention, it was Demi, walking towards her with her plasma wings up high)
Demi: leave him alone..
Trisha: uh.. uh...
(Demi shot Trisha's arm)
Demi: stay away from him!, I know about you, your tricks, what you planted in his mind! but guess what, I can take it out!
Trisha: how?!, a surgery?!.. 'cause that's the only way
Demi: no .. not exactly..

(Demi kneeled in front of me while I was lying on the floor)
Demi: you'll be okay.. I promise..
(Trisha took a gun and aimed at Demi)
Demi: you decide...
(I took Demi's gun and shot at Trisha's arm, making her drop the gun)
Trisha: NO!.. don't kiss him!
(Demi took her and my helmet off, she bit her lower lip until a small drop of blood came out, she held my hand tight and kissed me, her kiss made me able to stand up again, and the hole in my chest was sealed)
Demi: you're free.. (Demi hugged me and a tear came out of her eye)
(then a dropship landed, the door opened and Selena was there, smiling)

Selena: come on! (we placed our helmets on the back of our armors, which had a magnet to carry the gear)
Me: may I carry you?
Demi: I'm sorry but, you have to rest, so, later if you want..
(I unexpectedly carried Demi)
Demi: woah!
Selena: wow... I (a tear came out of Selena's eye)..... now that's a hero.. (Selena smiled)

Edward Lancaster (another member of the squad): both are heroes, Demi is way too brave...
(Demi and I got in the dropship)
Selena: (looking at Demi) yeah, I'm proud of her (Selena hugged Demi)

(the dropship closed the doors and we went back to the base... later to our homes)
